Sponsorship and Donations

Sponsorship of The Ball is extremely important to us and allows us to offer our guests something a little bit special without using the money they've donated to our fabulous cause.
The way our sponsorship package works is that each sponsor will choose an element of the night that they would like to be associated with and then we say a huge Thank You to them in lots of ways.  Firstly we splash their name, logo and web address all over this site, then we shout about them all over Facebook and Twitter and finally on the night they will have a page dedicated to them in our brochure and hopefully we can display their logo on the night on slideshows and banners (if we can get someone to help us with that)
Our biggest supporter since we started has been Glamourpuss Weddings.  Sam and her mum Karen are the owners of this fabulous venue decorating company and have pledged that for as long as the ball is held that they will provide the decor for us for absolutely nothing.  I cannot ever say Thank You enough to them both for their continued support but this is a huge weight lifted from me as an event planner and they do such a stunning job I know I can rely on them no matter what the theme for the evening.
Do you own your own company?  Could you provide us with a service at a reduced cost or even free?  Would you be willing to sponsor part of our evenings entertainment?  Please do get in touch via the contact us button.  Every little bit helps with the planning of such a large event and your generosity will reach hundreds of people across the internet and on the night itself.

So finally Alexander's Charity ball is booked and we are go for launch.  due to resounding success of the last 2 years we made the extremely difficult decision to move to a bigger venue.  I absolutely adore Tankersley Manor and they have served us superbly but unfortunately due to an increase in interest (fortunate for us) we did have to change venues.
The QHotel group who own Tankersley Manor also own The Queens and this stunning Art Deco hotel is a beautiful backdrop from 2013 and can expand with us for a few years.

As part of the event The Queens are offering preferential room rates to guests attending ACB.
£85 Bed and Breakfast for a double room payable immediately or if that is not possible £99 Bed and Breakfast payable on departure.
Please call hotel reservations on  01132 431323 quoting 'Alexander's Charity Ball'
